Additive manufacturing is inherently less wasteful than cutting parts from billet. We push that advantage further across our energy, materials and operations.

Where our CSR effort goes
Education & skilling
We open our knowledge of additive manufacturing to students, makers and early-career engineers through workshops, mentorship and factory visits, building the talent this industry needs next.
Healthcare access
Our medical division has helped surgeons plan complex cases with patient-specific models and implants. We extend that capability to causes and clinics that could not otherwise afford it.
Community & environment
Around our Mumbai and Vasai sites we support local environmental, sanitation and welfare efforts, and encourage our teams to volunteer their time and skills.
Innovation for good
We back projects that use design and manufacturing to solve real human problems, from assistive devices to low-cost tooling for under-served workshops.
Goals we are holding ourselves to
Steadily increase the share of renewable electricity powering our production sites and offices.
Expand powder reclaim and material recycling so more of every kilogram we buy ends up in a part.
Run education and skilling programmes that put advanced-manufacturing know-how into more hands each year.
