Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new Business to Business (B2B) and  Business to Customers (B2C) sales leads, conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain, customer satisfaction and overseeing operations for complete set-up and management of business development.
  • Formulating strategies, policies, procedures and best practices needed to support the optimal performance
  • Participating in Management Review Meetings, conducting weekly overview meetings for team.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Business Development and Marketing regarding customer accounts, sales, opportunities, product needs, etc.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and providing a high level of customer service in hospitals and with Health Care Professionals
  • Conduct meetings with the Doctors, pitch products or services to new clients and Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Pitching about the services to the Doctors and customers to close the deals
  • Proactively develop customer relationships by understanding / anticipating needs and providing appropriate solutions to advance the sales process.
  • Develop a marketing and  Business Development plan for the company looking at its product portfolio
  • Coordinating with the clients about the services we provide
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Participate in various exhibitions and conferences to build company profile
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

Requirements:

  • MBA or Bachelor in biomedical Science
  • Sales and marketing exp of about 5-6 years as part of B2B business in Health Care/Pharma
  • A biotech/pharma/business management degree
  • Good business sense
  • Good communication
  • Financial Planning
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles
  • Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Negotiation skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Plenty of initiative and creative thinking
