Come build the backbone

of how the hardest things get made.

The parts we ship fly, drive, heal and dive. Imaginarium is 150+ engineers, machinists, designers and sellers running seven manufacturing technologies under one roof, for aerospace, healthcare, robotics, drones and energy. If you want your work to end up in an aircraft or an operating theatre rather than a slide deck, read on.

Why work here
Know what exists. Imagine what it could be. Then make it by friday, ideally.

Most engineering careers happen at a distance from the thing itself. Here the printer is down the corridor, the CNC is behind it, and the customer's deadline is on the wall. You will see your decisions become titanium, nylon and aluminium the same week you make them.

We hire people who are rigorous about the left-brain half, tolerances, certifications, process discipline, and still carry the right-brain half: the instinct that a part could be lighter, simpler, better. Precision engineers with sketchbooks.

01

Microns matter

We hold ±0.01 mm and AS9100D paperwork to match. Sloppy is not a style here, in parts or in thinking.

02

One roof, one team

Seven technologies, no silos. The DMLS engineer eats lunch with the machinist finishing their part.

03

Left and right brain

Logic and magic, in that order. Every role gets room to propose the better way, then prove it.

04

Ship, then improve

Real parts, real deadlines, real customers. We optimise things that exist, not decks about them.

How hiring works

Four steps, no maze

Two to three weeks from application to answer. A real person reads every CV, and you hear back either way.

  1. Apply.

Send your CV against a role below, quoting the Job ID. Portfolios and part photos beat adjectives.

    Day 0
  2. Talk to the team.

A call with the hiring manager, not a recruiter script. We talk about work you have actually done.

    Week 1
  3. Show, on site.

A practical round at the factory or HQ: a part to review, a problem to plan, a toolpath to critique. You see the floor; we see you on it.

    Week 2
  4. Offer.

A clear written offer and a start date. If it is a no, we say so quickly and tell you why.
